Delivery Details
Based on the current transportation challenges, our delivery window is between 3 and 5 weeks from order placement. Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
You will receive an email notification, once your product order has been confirmed in our system.
The email will include shipment tracking information, including the expected delivery date.
24 to 48 hours prior to the delivery, a member of our team will call you to schedule a 2 hour delivery window. In order to provide you with the best service, all of our deliveries require a set appointment time.
Threshold Delivery
Inside Delivery, First Dry Location, Two Man Team
Our delivery team will unload your products and carry them inside, placing them into the garage or front entry or the first dry interior area available. The Delivery Team does not unpack, remove packing materials nor provide any assembly assistance. Also they can not climb any flights of stairs, outside of a couple of steps to the front door.
Threshold delivery is provided for the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery Area
It is important that you make sure that the cartons are able to fit into the delivery area. This includes entryways, stairways, hallways, elevators any other interior openings.
If the items do not fit upon delivery, the cartons which do not fit will have to be left outside or cancellation and return fees will apply. The carton dimensions are listed in the product description.
